NATURAL TREATMENT OF VARICOSE VEINS | 16 NATURAL REMEDIES FOR VARICOSE VEINS

The heart and blood vessels make up the human bloodstream. Veins are blood vessels that return blood to the heart after it has circulated through the body, unlike arteries, which carry blood from the heart; the blood in the veins is poor in oxygen, unlike the arteries, which carry oxygen-rich blood. The circulatory system is vital for sustaining life. For it to function normally, it is important to supply oxygen and nutrients to all cells, but also to remove carbon dioxide and waste products, circulate proteins and cells of the immune system, as well as to maintain an optimal pH value. Veins have one-way valves - valves that help blood flow in the right direction, i.e. towards the heart. If those vein valves stop working the way they should, blood starts to flow backward and pool in the veins, raising the blood pressure in them. This process leads to a disease of the veins called venous hypertension. WHAT ARE VARICOSE VEINS AND HOW ARE THEY MANIFESTED? The creation of pressure inside t

NATURAL TREATMENT OF BRONCHITIS: 18 NATURAL REMEDIES TO FIGHT BRONCHITIS

Bronchitis is a disease of the lower respiratory tract, most often caused by viruses or bacteria. It can occur at any age, and children, people with weaker immunity, and the elderly are most often affected. It can be divided into acute and chronic bronchitis.

Acute bronchitis is most often the result of infections and the effect of cold air, while chronic bronchitis is caused by constant irritation of the airways.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS AND SIGNS OF BRONCHITIS?

Signs and symptoms of bronchitis can be:

A cough
Heavy breathing
Chest pain
Pain in the muscles
Sputum of different colors (from white to greenish)
No more friendship
Wheezing when breathing
Fatigue
Fever and chills
Chest discomfort

The main symptom of acute bronchitis is a persistent cough. The cough lasts less than three weeks and is a feature in 50 percent of patients. In 25 percent of patients, it can last more than a month.

Bronchitis usually develops after you've had a cold or flu, so the symptoms can be typical of cold and flu symptoms, such as sore throat, tiredness, stuffy and runny nose, fever, body aches, vomiting, and diarrhea.

SYMPTOMS OF CHRONIC BRONCHITIS:

cough that is especially strong in the morning, as well as in damp rooms
frequent respiratory infections
expectoration of secretions
fever is not a symptom of chronic bronchitis, but it is possible

Acute bronchitis is more common, it does not cause any problems after the infection disappears.

Acute bronchitis usually lasts for a few days, up to 10 days, but the cough can last for several weeks after the infection clears.

Chronic bronchitis is a serious condition that is associated with an accelerated decline in lung function. People with chronic bronchitis have a long-term cough with mucus. Smoking is the main cause of chronic bronchitis. Therefore, the first line of treatment is to stop smoking and avoid passive smoking, i.e. staying in smoky rooms.

CAUSES OF BRONCHITIS AND RISK FACTORS

The same virus that causes colds or flu often causes bronchitis. Sometimes bacteria are the cause.

Research shows that 85 to 95 percent of cases of acute bronchitis are caused by viruses, and when bacteria are the cause of bronchitis, it is usually in people with underlying health problems.

In either case, your body is trying to fight back.

RISK OF BRONCHITIS

PEOPLE WITH WEAKER IMMUNE SYSTEMS, SUCH AS THE ELDERLY, INFANTS, AND YOUNG CHILDREN, ARE AT GREATER RISK OF DEVELOPING ACUTE BRONCHITIS. CHRONIC BRONCHITIS OCCURS MORE OFTEN IN PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 45, BUT IT CAN DEVELOP AT ANY AGE.

Many adults who develop chronic bronchitis are smokers or live with smokers. Research shows that the development of chronic bronchitis is 40 percent higher in smokers.

In women, the risk of developing chronic bronchitis is more than twice as high.

Other factors, such as contact with dust, and chemical fumes, will also increase the risk of bronchitis. This includes jobs in mines, textile production, etc. Some people may develop bronchitis due to allergic reactions.

Research shows that 85 percent of patients will improve without special treatment. Since in most cases the causative agents are viruses, there is no benefit from antibiotics. Ibuprofen, aspirin, and acetaminophen are sometimes used to relieve the pain and fever associated with bronchitis.

You have to be careful with these types of drugs.

HOW IS BRONCHITIS DIAGNOSED?

It is important to do a detailed examination - with a stethoscope, you can hear tones that are specific to bronchitis, such as noises and wheezing after coughing. It is also necessary to perform a lung scan, and blood and sputum analysis to establish a diagnosis of bronchitis.

It is also necessary to perform spirometry (a lung function test), which consists of measuring the amount of air in the lungs during normal breathing, maximum inhalation, and exhalation. This needs to be done to see to what extent lung function is impaired.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO TREAT BRONCHITIS?

Treatment of bronchitis is primarily aimed at alleviating symptoms and facilitating normal breathing.

This includes rest and a mandatory state of rest, drinking plenty of fluids, taking vitamins to increase the body's immune response, taking adequate drugs to break down secretions, cough medicines, but also antibiotics - if it is bacterial bronchitis.

If an elevated body temperature is present, drugs such as Ibuprofen, Aspirin... and others are recommended.

It is important to note that you take medications only if the doctor decides to do so, especially when it comes to the use of antibiotics.

It is necessary to stop smoking and eliminate factors that provoke coughing, especially on business premises.
